A cleaning price depends on three things: the area, the apartment's condition, and the type of cleaning. Here are Tashkent benchmarks so you know what budget to state in your task.
Price benchmarks
- Regular cleaning of a 1–2 room apartment — 200,000–300,000 UZS.
- Three or four rooms — 300,000–450,000 UZS.
- Deep cleaning — 400,000–700,000 UZS: everything gets washed, including inside kitchen cabinets and bathrooms — windows by agreement.
- Post-renovation cleaning — from 500,000 UZS: construction dust takes several passes and special supplies.
- Window washing — often counted separately, from 50,000 UZS per pane.
These are not fixed rates but reference points: providers propose exact prices in their offers, depending on the apartment's condition.
What affects the price
- Neglect: an apartment that has not been cleaned for long needs deep cleaning, not regular.
- Pets: fur adds time.
- Whose supplies — the provider's or yours — clarify in the task.
- Urgency: "needed today" usually costs more.
How to get a fair price
Post a task on Bopti: state the area, number of rooms, what exactly to clean, and add a couple of photos. You will receive several offers with prices — compare providers' reviews and ratings — and pick the one whose price-to-reviews ratio you like. Posting is free, and contacts open only to the provider you choose.
Saving without losing quality
- Agree on regularity: providers happily price recurring cleaning below one-time visits.
- Put away personal items beforehand — less time, lower price.
- Do not chase the lowest price: check reviews, redoing costs more.
